Qinghai Foreign Affairs Service Center (“center” for short) is a legal personal enterprise authorized and registered by the Bureau of Industry and Commerce in Feb.1993.As a professional foreign service organization subordinating to Qinghai Foreign and Overseas Chinese Office,it is deputed to get visas and consulate’s certifications for clients as well as to receive and process foreign affairs such as abroad investigation etc.
Relying on the special information channels of foreign and overseas Chinese affairs system and many years’ accumulated experience and developed business, now the center has become a comprehensive service organization in the field of foreign affairs of Qinghai. It has three departments: comprehensive department, visa department, liaison department. Its main business covers following aspects:
Accepting documents for official abroad; issuing passports for official abroad and permissions to Hong Kong and Macao; helping clients to get visas and consulate’s certifications; purchasing international flight (train, ship) tickets; receiving and processing foreign affairs such as abroad investigation, further education, research work, training and communication and exchange between foreign and Chinese talents; providing tourism reception, translation and advisory services.
